Billing and Administration Assistant

Job Description
This is an important role working with the Legal, Company Secretary, Data Protection and Compliance team, responsible for billing, data protection and administration tasks. We are an open and fun team who work with all areas of the business.
The Details
Finance related:
Supplier set-up
Cost estimate monitoring and budget management
Invoice processing and analysis
Processing Directors’ expenses
Team and workload organisation:
Monitoring, triaging and organising email inboxes
Managing reminders noting when reporting is due
Monitoring and logging completion of various tasks that are required for internal audit actions
Monitoring and logging completion of other team tasks (e.g. privacy assessments)
Preparation of documents:
Printing materials in advanced of board meetings
Preparation of skeleton reporting documents for working groups and board meetings
Preparing standard letters based on templates
Gathering of information:
Preparing documentation to be shared with internal teams (for example, erasure requests)
Supporting team with subject access requests (SARs)
Organisation of documents:
Auditing files, as required by internal policies
Scanning and storing of original documents
Scanning, uploading and storing of electronic documents in SharePoint and/or a contract repository
Printing and filing of original documents.
Arranging couriers.

Qualifications
About You
This is a role for someone who has a very keen eye for detail and who is super organised. The role will suit someone who is able to learn and improve different billing and administrative processes, and who is able to get stuck-in to complete an array of important and time-sensitive tasks.
You will have good IT skills and will be able to work well with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will work with all areas of the team and will be able to manage a variety of tasks, with competing deadlines.

Picker & Packer – Korean Beauty Industry
Location: West London

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Picking Orders: Accurately pick products from the warehouse based on customer orders, ensuring the right items, quantities, and quality.
- Shipping Preparation: Prepare packages for shipping, including labelling, sorting, and coordinating appropriate paperwork.
- Receiving and sorting: Assist the team with safely taking delivery of restocks and supplies, checking carefully for damaged or missing items.
- Daily Area Management: Assist with storing products appropriately in the correct locations, and keep your areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency

- Prior experience in order picking or a warehouse role is a plus.
